There are separate hostels for girls and boys. Instead of large dormitories, students live in spacious, well-ventilated, comfortable self-contained rooms, having attached bathrooms and toilets. Generally, four students share a room. Each room is provided with lockers, beds, mattresses, pillows, study tables, chairs, mirrors, book racks etc.
Boarding
There are two kitchens and five dining halls, where hygienically prepared, balanced and nutritious food is served to the students. Food served is generally vegetarian but non-vegetarian food being served twice a week. Fresh fruits, eggs and milk are regular components of the menu. The staff members too dine with the students.
Withdrawals
Parents are requested to give prior notice regarding intended withdrawals. Such notice should preferably be given within a fortnight, after the despatch of the Progress Report of the Annual Examination. The decision of the Principal regarding withdrawal is binding.
